Does anybody know of a good skill assessment software programme that will enable me to evaluate the skill level of individuals when they request software training?
I want to be able to group people together by similar skill levels for trainer-led training on the MS Office ('97)applications (Word, Excel etc).
Ideally, it will be a programme that will run on our intranet or at least on our WAN/LAN (I'm not an IT techie so forgive me if those are all the same!)
