Has anyone used an organisation or individual that they can recommend who specialises in real indepth behavioural development with very senior people? Essentially someone who - from a behavioural perspective - can 'take someone apart and help put them together in a different way'. Perhaps some occupational psychologist?

We have run a number of leadership programmes of this nature and are happy to discuss our experiences with you. On some we have used trainers but the nature of the work requires business consultancy rather than training alone.

Michael Beale runs PPI Business NLP, is fully accredited by Dr Richard Bandler’s Society for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and does some amazing things with individuals and teams.
