We are about to implement a Mentoring Scheme in our business and I intend to undertake some primary research by collecting staff views on the subject first. Does anyone have any copies of staff surveys on Mentoring that I could refer to for inspiration?

Before you conduct any survey you need to know what it is you are trying to find out, what information you need and what you will do with the information when you have it. I usually find it is too easy to look at other people’s questions, you say ‘wow, that’s a good question, I’ll ask that’ but is that really what you need right now?
