Story or Films about team out of alignment

Can anyone recommend any stories, films, TV shows which show situations where groups / teams of people are out of alignment on an agreed strategy.

I am running a team event and alignment is a key part but it feels a little dry at the moment and I want to bring it life with a video or story.

Any suggestions very welcome.

Try Cool Runnings, the story

Try Cool Runnings, the story of the Jamaican bobsleigh team. Apart from being fun, it has some great examples of poor teamwork and then they get it together so you get a happy ending as well.

Jamie’s School Dinners

This was an excellent example in the ealry part of the project of Jamie Oliver, the Dinner Ladies, Children and Parents being totaly dysfunctional when in fact it should have been approached as a team effort and virtualy no stakeholder analysis had been done of its members.
