Businesses in the West of England are being offered discounted staff development.

Business West and Business Link Somerset is offering up to half price coaching to SME’s in the West of England and Somerset areas as a result of funding from the Regional Development Agency.

While those companies working in aerospace and defence in the region can access half price NVQs for their employees in business administration, business improvement techniques and engineering operations.

The West of England Aerospace Forum (WEAF) is funding 50% of NVQ training supported by The South West Regional Development Agency.

Companies with less than 250 employees and a turnover of less than £25m who are members of WEAF are eligible for the NVQ funding deal.
