Success Case Method review article?

Someone posted a link to an outstanding overview of Robert Brinkerhoff's Success Case Method in autumn of 2010, and I can't locate it anywhere now. The poster was replying to a question about alternatives to the Kirkpatrick 4-level model for measuring training effectiveness. Many thanks in advance for re-posting that article!
