I'm being asked if I can put together a 2 day first line manager programme. Rather than re-invent the wheel, I wondered if anyone had a course they'd be willing to share with me.
Content - role, behaviours, assertiveness, delegation, coaching etc.

There is a great website which is full of ideas and relevant games/role plays etc http://www.businessballs.com. Although you wont have a 2 day course ready made, you will find material which you can put into a 2 day course and cover the subjects you mention. This will leave you room to tailor the course to the organisational values and branding.Alan Chapman has put together the site, with numerous additionals from others, and is happy for you to use the material as long as there is acknowledgement. I have found it usefull for many subjects. Thank you businessballs!
