4. Supervisory and Management development
   Hi Mike
   I run a small business which develops supervisors, team leaders and managers. I am happy to develop workshops and other learning events but also use ‘Open Learning’ materials as a basis for development. I’m using some newly developed Team Manager material with several groups of learners in Scotland and the feedback is brilliant.

8. Katric Training
   I also work for a technically based mortgage lender where there had been no previous management training delivered. As a result, i considered a number of options and opted for the Institute of Leadership and Management qualification. This was done through a fantastic training consultancy called Katric Training who have added bespoke training to our company needs.
