I am preparing and delivering a half day training course on UK consumer rights eg sale of goods and services, not too basic as recipients will have some prior knowledge. Does anyone know of any aids available, or tried and tested methods? I have to deliver 3 March.

most consumer based training is carried out by your local council’s Trading Standards Departments. Try them for some help.
