1. team building or team working?
   Hello Kusham
   What do you want the ‘day’ to achieve? what does success look like? what do you want this team to be able to do that they do not do now?

   I am often asked to work with ‘top teams’ and to run a team building session for them – when we talk through the basics what I often find is that they only operate as a team occasionally, that they know eachother well socially and what they need to improve is their team working awareness. A team building event would be a waste of time & money.

   Give us some more info & we will see what we can come up with.

   Simple things like Karting, 10 pin bowling, voluntary projects, young enterprise and many more come to mind.

7. City Challenge
   Hi Kusham
   I can highly recommend a company called City Challenge, http://www.citychallengeuk.com. They do great events in some of the most beautiful cities in this country and Europe. They are a bit different to your bog standard team events as much of what is done can be related directly back to the work environment. Their Challenge Dynamic is run by L&D specialists who give specific feedback on a range of pre-determined competencies. I have used them twice for two teams I supported and each gave excellent feedback.
