Team building for exective team

default-16x9

Happy New Year!

Our Sales and Marketing Managers from 2 countries are meeting and would like some  indoor and outdoor team building activities included in thier discussion. Suddenly i just go blank and still can not figure out what would work for busy top exectives. They are a group of six people. Does anyone have some activities that could bring home the need to work together and connect with others. I have this book by Brain Cole Miller on Quick Team building Activities for Busy Managers? Anyone tried any of the team building activities for smaller groups?

I will appreciate your advice!

  1. Outdoor activities

With a similar group of executives I have run a blindfold 'erect the tent' activity. One member of the team is able to see but not able to use their hands, and they have to guide the remaining team members on erecting the tent.  I have also done this with 2nd language managers and provided them with a 'cribsheet' of key vocabulary beforehand (e.g. tent pole, grass, lining etc). Let me know if you would like a template.
