Team Leadership

default-16x9

I have been asked to deliver a sound-bite (max 2 hours) in Effective Team Leadership. I would appreciate any thoughts on a fun & memorable exercise that could be included in this short programme

  1. try the blind minefield
If it suits the numbers and facility and your delegates want an activity rather than a lecture, then the blind minefield is a great exercise.
It highlights the roles and challenges of the leaders AND the lead, multiple teams as well as a single team and the changing dynamic for a leader as the team evolves. It can take only 45 minutes to “Do” and 45 minutes to review and lots of delegates ask if they can do it again to “prove” their learning.
I’ll happily share more info if you wish (07812 170391) or I could come and run it for you!
