Telesales Training

The call centre which I work for has always dealt with customer service issues only. The company is now expanding into telesales which shall require a substantial amount of retraining. Does anyone have any useful tips/techniques on the basics of sales training, or information on 'Off the shelf' training packages/research material. Thank you very much!

  5. We are working on a similar challenge in our company

    We are currently looking at something similar to the Huthwaite “SPIN” model. It’s something that is used extensively in a f-f sales environment and we have found it sufficiently adaptable to the telephone environment. Give me a call if you want to talk it through.
