Can anybody recommend a good TNA form for when members of staff have had a long term absence such as maternity/sick etc....on their return to work?
Many thanks

TNA for returners
I am not a great fan of generic forms at the best of times but particularly when staff return to work after an extended absence. TNAs need to be specific and reflect the needs of the organistaion, the job and the individual. But more than that, when someone returns to work there may be more benefit from doing this in a one to one rather than using a form. Not only would this allow you to reflect the particular nature of their circumstances, it would also add a warmer, human touch at a sensitive time.
