We are able to offer training on human resource functions (team building, supervision, appraisal, recruitment & selection, customer care, managing conflict etc) Unfortunately, we do not specialise in the specifics of the catering or retail trade. I am sure that we can be of assistance, especially as we are in the Birmingham area.
