We're a commercial training organisation and we're hoping to find an integrated system to help us with all aspects of scheduling, promoting, selling and delivering our training, which is primarily but not restricted to face-to-face provision at our residential training centre.
In an ideal world it would perform CRM type functions, integrate with finance systems, speak to (or replace) our LMS, manage residential room booking, sing, dance and make the tea.
In the past we've used CourseBooker, but our current system is more bespoke and while functional, isn't an optimal user experience.
Any search for training and management related terms simply returns a flood of LMS providers, but I'm wary of any LMSs offering classroom training management facilities, so the emphasis is on something that is for classroom training first. I can't believe that we are the only people in this situation, but software catering to our needs seems fairly unusual.
So, TZ crowd, your suggestions are keenly awaited...

Its customisable by you and if you need a custom solution Supersaas can provide one. I am a freelance trainer and use it for automated bookings by clients. For me, its free! For your needs there will be a fee but PLEASE don't ignore this – you will be impressed with the solution although you will need to spend some time setting it up.
