Where to go from here………..

default-16x9

I work in the HR Department as a Training & Development PA in a small company with around 200 employees. I have recently completed the City and Guilds Level 3 Introduction to Delivering Learning and want to go further in teaching/training. The course recommended to me by the college was a FENTO stage 2 course but unfortunately i need to do 20 hours worth of treaining to both 1-1 and groups within the 16 course and my company isn't big enough to faciliate it.
I've been working in HR for nearly 4 years, 2 of them within Training and have decided that T&D is the route i want to take.
Has anyone got any ideas/suggestions on what i should next????

  1. Talk to your employers
I’d find out what my employers wanted from me in my role and where they wanted me to take the role before embarking on any more training.

There are all sorts of options for trainers but a lot will depend on how you and your function are to evolve.

More e-learning rules out the CITP for example.

    And so on…

If you work out what you want in terms of new skills it should be easy to identify a course or courses which will help you develop them.
