Winning Transitons by William Bridges

I was wondering if anyone has worked on endings and beginnings based on the work of William Bridges?

I would be interested in things that people have done to mark endings and beginnings or any resources that you know about that

would help in this area.

Not quite sure if this is relevant – there are a couple of books with titles like "Saying Goodbye" or "Saying Hello" directed toward how facilitators or instructors approach greeting and parting with groups.
