I will be running a workshop on how to get the most from internal work shadowing. This is aimed at staff who wish to shadow colleagues in other departments and line managers who will set up and support the shadowing opportunities. I would like to base this around practical guidelines, dos and don'ts etc. If you have run or attended a similar type of workshop, I'd be very interested to hear from you.
