Accredited by whom?
It all depends by what you mean by ‘accredited’. If you mean acceptable to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (the main UK professional body for Human Resource professionals) against their membership requirements, then you need to contact the CIPD at http://www.cipd.co.uk.
If you mean ‘accredited’ in the sense of being a bona-fide Institution, then all the UK Universities are accredited because the university title is restricted here (although not for overseas bodies that set up in the UK). You can get details of all UK Universities through http://www.scit.wlv.ac.uk/ukinfo/uk.map.html

Excellent Australian Universities
There are numerous Australian universities offering Masters degrees across a range of disciplines by Internet/flexible learning modes.
A significant advantage for non-Australian residents should be the comparatively poor value of the $AUD. The resultant degrees are recognised world wide.
