Elly formed AmKon Training Services Ltd  in 2009 and has 23 years Automotive experience in Sales, Management and Learning and Development. She now works in multi sectors/industries on an international basis dealing with professionals of all skill and experience levels.

As a trainer she is naturally fast paced, charismatic, passionate, engaging and results driven but is also able to adapt her style accordingly to ensure that all different learning styles benefit from her knowledge and experience.

When designing training material Elly likes to make the training memorable for the right reasons making it fun and focussing on experiential training with use of gamification. She is very aware of the Chinese proverb, “Tell me and I’ll forget. Show me I may remember, but let me do and I’ll learn and understand”.

In 2010 Elly qualified as a NLP Practitioner and DISC Coach and is fully committed to and passionate about delivering a high quality and high integrity service to clients.
