I am an IT Consultant and my client is seriously considering diving headfirst into starting a training company. Business background is not an issue but the market he is entering is. Where do I start? This site is great for someone who is in the profession but what about those just starting? Does anyone know of anygood solution based sites or forums, articles based on start up training co's? There cannot be a definitive answer to which is the best training method but a pro & con comparison based on research would be great! What about application and training material deployment, backoffice and infrastructure requirements based on specific training methods? Are there management and training tools that have ACTUALLY been proven to work. As you can see this is in only in the initial stagees but they are pretty determined. Any help would be very much appreciated and consultation will be considered.
