Budding construction specialists are being invited to participate in a competition which aims to promote understanding and co-operation between young professionals in the construction industry.
TeamBuild 2008, supported by ConstructionSkills, the Sector Skills Council for the industry, will see different disciplines work together to solve a real-life construction challenge, over the course of a weekend.
Teams of up to six must complete a pre-qualification task and will be marked on various criteria including architectural, landscape, civil, structural, M&E, financial, construction and project management skills. The top nine teams will then be invited to Eynsham Hall in Oxfordshire for the finals weekend in November. For more information visit www.teambuilduk.com.
